Milk Makin’ Lactation Cookies

Hey guys! It’s been crazy busy over here since the move to our new place! The blog has been on the backburner for a few weeks because well, life happens! Just keepin’ it real over here…..moving with a toddler is craaaazaaaay yall! With the stress of moving and unpacking, I noticed my milk supply was starting to drop a bit. I honestly started freaking out a little, so this week I tried some new lactation cookies from an awesome company, Café Baby! As a breastfeeding mom, I’m always trying to eat foods that help with my milk production. You don’t have to tell me twice to try lactation cookies that help me produce more milk! Uh, yes, please!

Café Baby delivered the lactation cookies via priority mail, straight to my front door! I could tell they were made fresh like their site claims, and I was eager to eat one! Y’all, this lactation cookie was SO good!!! I literally had to stop myself from eating all 12 that came in the bag. LOL… I compromised and ate two 😉 I was excited to see if I noticed a difference in my milk production because while it’s a delicious cookie, my milk supply is what matters the most to me! I’ve included the ingredients below, which I think is always important.

The next morning, I immediately could tell that my milk supply had increased! This made me really happy because my toddler still nurses easily 10 times a day. (She’s a boob monster 🤣) My daughter was also happy that she was getting a milk boost, ha!
